We provide a 5 year warranty to put you at ease with the option of purchasing another 5 year extended warranty.

Shipping usually takes 3-14 days, depending on where in the United States you are. We ship anywhere in the United States. Our chairs come with complimentary standard curbside delivery, meaning the carrier will deliver the chair just outside your home. We also offer white glove delivery for an additional cost, which includes inside delivery and assembly in the room of your choice (up to two flights of stairs).

Absolutely, the chair is shipped in separate parts with minimal assembly, we do this to ensure that the chair can be put anywhere that you like!

Absolutely not! All tools are provided and we have assembly videos for you to watch to assist in assembly. If help is needed beyond that, call one of our customer service reps to assist you along the way!

Yes we do! Please call us and a customer service rep can assist you in that process.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or change your mind, you can return the item within 10 days for a refund. The item needs to be unused and in perfect condition. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and the original shipping/delivery/installation fees are non-refundable. The seller must authorize all returns and all products have to be returned in original product packaging and in brand-new condition.
